All readings, coaching sessions, live events (digital and in person), and consultations with Nikki Novo Co. are for entertainment purposes only. This includes information obtained on www.nikkinovo.com, mysoulacademy.org, Nikki Novo’s social media platforms, and Nikki Novo’s Youtube channel.
No reading, coaching session, or live event given by Nikki Novo is intended to, nor should it ever take the place of professional services including but not limited to: medical, legal, financial, business, psychological, therapy, and/or counseling.
Nikki Novo, Nikki Novo Writes LLC, Nikki Novo Co., www.nikkinovo.com , and www.mysoulacademy.org accepts no liability and/or responsibility for any actions or decisions any client chooses to take or make based on his/her/their reading, coaching session, consultation, or attendance at a live (digital and in person) event.
Anti-Harassment: Client acknowledges and agrees that verbal abuse and/or harassment of any kind towards Nikki Novo or her team is unacceptable and shall be grounds for Nikki Novo to cease services immediately.
You agree to absolutely indemnify and hold harmless Nikki Novo, Nikki Novo Writes LLC, Nikki Novo Co, and their heirs, relatives, employees, subcontractors, agents, or assignees in perpetuity and throughout all known and unknown universes.
Copyright and Confidentiality laws apply. You agree you will not publish, share, display, distribute, and/or archive any material, photo, video, content, etc without written permission from Nikki Novo.
Social Media: You may share my content on appropriate social media outlets as long as appropriate attribution is given.

Payment Policies: Readings and coaching sessions must be scheduled and paid for in advance. Sessions may be cancelled with a 100% refund as long as written notice is given 48 hours in advance. Any session canceled without 48 hours notice and due to a non emergency is subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Intention of Material: No material on this website, in any course or program (digital and/or live) of Nikki Novo Co., on any social media platform of Nikki Novo Co., or on any Youtube channel of Nikki Novo Co. is intended to, nor should it ever take the place of professional services including but not limited to: medical, legal, financial, business, psychological, therapy, and/or counseling.
Testimonials Disclaimer: The success stories Nikki Novo Co. shares on Teachable sales pages, our websites, social media platforms, during webinars, verbally, and anywhere else are from real people that have completed one of our programs and got amazing results.
